The Weed Bakery is located in Northern California in the tiny mountain town of Weed. Situated on the northwest flank of Mt. Shasta, the town is known for wind, snow, ice and heat. The Weed Bakery was founded in 1906 by immigrants from Northern Italy. They brought with them the recipes and traditions common to the Italian Alps and adapted them for California. The bakery is Weed's oldest continuously running business. All of our products are scratch made and brick oven baked.
