Donald has performed live cooking demonstrations for Chef Team and penned the cookbook Amigeauxs - Mexican/Creole Fusion Cuisine available from 4star.net. He is also the publisher of the website WannabeTVchef.com and hosts a podcast entitled The Wannabe TV Chef.
