Urban Pump LLC is a personal training studio founded by Gregg Hoffman and Sharon Shepherd. Urban Pump LLC utilizes the HYSTRENGTH(sm) training program developed by Gregg Hoffman, the highly efficient training program where you only need three 1/2 hour workouts a week to achieve optimal fitness, with NO aerobic training needed.
