An artist's work is never really done and this is a part of the journey in the life of an artist. All artwork is done using pencil, watercolor or ink on paper and created from live studies from the woods on my property or near my rural home in the Kitsap Peninsula in Washington's Pacific Northwest or from my own photos or imagination. From a very early age, I studied nature and began drawing and have spent the greater part of my lifetime watching and appreciating the intricate connection between animals, plants, insects, wildlife and people.
