The Joy Project is a band of scamps, pirates, and feisty rapscallions who love music deep in their bones and all happen to be part of the same wild family. With dad on drums, mom on vocals, both parents on guitar, and kids on keys, harmonica, percussion and sometimes bass, this tribe of scoundrels shares their good vibes by playing originals and covers spanning folk, Motown, pop, and rock. Hailing from Bernal Heights in San Francisco, California, The Joy Project's unique sound is characterized by melodic hooks, catchy songwriting, some smoke, and a lot of fire.
