The Cop Kitchen is a YouTube channel where all the recipes are from Police Officers and First Responders. The channel is owned by me Lieutenant David Chapais. I've been a Police Officer for 25 years and have loved baking for as long as I can remember. A friend suggested a YouTube channel to share the recipes that I have prepared over the years.
