Many of my designs are created from my macro photographs of unusual abstract subjects, such as rust, peeling paint, unusual patterns in nature, and my original acrylic paintings. I subject these to some digital painting to create the final art. These often make wonderful decorative pieces for the home and all are suitable as wall art. I am attracted to light and shadow and contrast. Where I live and travel are the greatest influences on my designs - mainly Cape Cod, Florida and the mountains of North Carolina, although the desert southwest is also a strong influence.
