I am Jessica, the owner and designer here at Sage Marketing. I am also a top performing luxury realtor in the Denver, CO market. For years, I struggled with finding *just* the right marketing to help my clients buy, sell, and invest in real estate-- and help me grow my business. It seemed that everything that I found was poorly written, inconsistent with my personal brand, and lacked added value. I knew that if I wanted to find smart, professionally styled and written marketing, I was going to have to do it myself! And so I started down the arduous path of creating marketing plans and materials aimed at creating trust and rapport between me and my clients and potential clients. Along the way, I uncovered a love for design, rediscovered joy in writing, and built a business that allows me to help people purchase a house to create a home, sell a home to start a new chapter in their lives, and invest in their futures. I am fortunate. My life before real estate gave me the tools to create marketing plans that enhanced the brand message I presented to my clients.
