Bartleby Willard, self-composed and -imposed fiction, too lonely to answer, long lost in the gully of some forgotten edge, wanders onto the scene peddling Pure Love. But, Bartleby, you cannot buy and sell the eternal infinite giggling joyful playful kindness that creates, sustains, and doglike love-licks all things!!! Ah well, let it ride, let it be. Let Bartleby try to understand that and in what way it is Truer to say "we know we are all in this together and must alone and together think and act with ever more awareness, clarity, honesty, and grateful joyful sharing kindness" than to say either " we don't have any kind of idea what we know--or if we know anything at all" or "we know the Truth: It is xyz set of passion-clenched accounts the believing of which we should prioritize more than the path of relentlessly generous loving, that we can in fact use to justify behaving in ways that deep inside we all know are mean, stupid, boring, ineffective."
