photosandthings101

I am an avid photographer who feels that one has to stop and look at the beauty and ugliness that surrounds us. I have been taking photos for 2 years now. Prior to that I had absolutely no interest in photography. Thanks to a nurturing group of teachers and students at a local community college I got hooked on photography. I am originally from the Republic of Kenya, and this is why some of my work is in a strange tongue. Whether one understands it or not, my hope is that one will be taken by the beauty of everyday things that I have photographed.
