The Mouse DeSign Experience

Independent Freelance Graphic Designer. I've been in the design and sign industry for over 30 years. I'm self taught and love to create fun, unique designs for apparel, custom gifts, products and merchandise. How it all began ... Back in 1992 I began full time work as a Clerk at a well-known sign company in Adelaide, South Australia. Soon after my employment began I was told I had to learn the new signwiting software, cutter and printer. I was then to teach the brush & rest stick signwriters themselves how to use the new tech. Computer signwriting certainly took over, and from 2 main sign companies in SA at the time, the trade became very competitive with numerous companies and backyarders joining the game. I worked well with the old school signwriters over the years, watched and learned all I could. However withIn a short time, with my right hand on the computer mouse, I was able to navigate the software and tech - and become the fastest mouse in the west !! When I left this employment after almost 14 years, I worked for a few other companies mostly in Admin positions - but in 2007 I registered for an ABN, along with my business name - hey presto - The Mouse DeSign Experience was born and became my hobby.
