Having survived a family tragedy as a youth, the missing tools to cope sufficiently, I understood that children suffered with a brave face. I created a word, "Sooeyside" to delicately deal with the tragedy of a parent I suffered. As a survivor, I used the adventures of a child's imagination to cope. Through my need to express fragments of my journal, and remembrances of my dad, with prayer and respect to the family dynamic this store is dedicated to the Children's Book, 'Panola & The Ivory Elephant from The Land of Olileanya: A Story of Two Toddlers Dealing With Death". It will share a happy child's image with the memories of her parent in heaven. The image of the imaginary small, but mighty friend that helped the child brave their sadness. It is a store to encourage, uplift and provide a character that may be as relatable as Charlotte to Wilbur or Pooh to Winnie. Not limited to Souvenirs and other promotional items, as the story evolves, many items will be available for purchase.
