Linda Minkow is a food scientist and microbiologist by training and career. She has taken art classes since she was a pre-teen, even temporarily double-majoring in science and fine arts at Rutgers, through the Mason Gross School of Design. Linda has taken creative approaches to art in both color and in black and white, playing with contrast, media and humor.
