HELPFUL INFORMATION FOR ADDING YOUR PHOTOS: Be sure the photo you use is centered with your pup in the very middle-both horizontally and vertically. Also, a number of our designs give you the option to use a background color to highlight your pet and create a chic and stylish look. While you can always add your photo as it is, to achieve the highlight color background, you need to upload a png file with the background removed. There are plenty of free sites on the internet that allow you to remove the background of a photo and create a png file in two or three clicks. The best results are with a high-quality picture and a contrasting background and those same sites can enhance your photo before you submit it. It's an extra step but well worth the effort. Almost everything in our store is customizable. You can also add the text of your choice. Change the font, color, size, placement, and even curve of text using the "edit design" button. Just imagine Mom opening a personalized present like those in our store! Try out different pictures of your pet to find your favorite shot.
