Marglez Art Studio

Since I can remember I've always been fascinated with the colors found in nature. Early in life I enjoyed spending time outdoors playing and looking at colors and all forms of life. I loved to participate in arts at school. Most of my art knowledge and skills comes through independent study. I graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of PR with a BS in Liberal Studies and a Major in Commerce. My career has been art related in many ways but also related to marketing and technology. My main inspiration comes from nature. I love to paint floral scenes, landscapes, seascapes, still-life, animals and some abstracts and surreal. My favorite medium is oil but I also work with acrylics, soft pastels and oil pastels. I was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico and now I live in Manchester, NH with my husband Jermaine. I love to travel and wherever I go I keep my camera handy to capture the beautiful scenes that inspires some of my artwork.
