Kisses4Kiana

My store is originally shared with my sister and my mother. The store name came about when I lost my first baby, Kiana, on March 9, 2017. She was stillborn. She was 36 weeks. On the night of the I couldn't feel her move like she normally would. I tried drinking juice, jumping up and down, laying in different positions... everything. We ended up going to the Emergency Room the night of March 8th. I just knew in my gut something wasn't right. We got checked in and the nurses hooked me up to the hearbeat monitor and kept moving around on different spots on my belly. They said she must be hiding and they went to get the ultrasound machine. They started looking and it was silent. I asked what was wrong because they wouldnt say anything. The nurse said she has to go get the Dr. on call because she isn't an ultrasound tech. I knew that something was really, really wrong. While we were waiting for the Dr. to come in, we both called each of our parents. My parents and sister were already on their way. The Dr. came in and started looking on the ultrasound screen and I was getting hysterical asking if my baby was ok and what was wrong. After what seemed like forever, he sighed and said "No, your baby's heartbeat has stopped. I'm sorry." My whole world crashed at that point. I called my mom and told her that she was gone. I didn't know what to do or where to turn. She was everything to my husband and me. My sister thought of the name of this store and when she said, "What about Kisses4Kiana?" we knew that it was the perfect name. This store is to honor my angel baby. We love and miss her very much.
