À propos

While working in NYC I met Reda Joseph in 1966; we have been supremely happily married since 1968; father of Timothy Reynolds and Gwendolyn Reynolds; grandfather of Sabrina and Jenna, now fourteen and twelve. To better raise a young family, I moved to Florida 1969. Lived on Anna Maria Island; tught middle school history and coached high school soccer 1970-1979 in Bradenton; revived acting career in 1980, principally doing one-man shows based on Florida History; author of Henry Plant – Pioneer Empire Builder (Florida Historical Society Press, 1998); in 1982 awarded English Department fellowship to attend grad school at University of South Florida; received PhD 1990; until sidelined by low vision, adjunct professor at USF 1984-92. Kelly and Reda and their grandchildren live on five acres of old Florida land with a superhuman barn cat, a classic American shaggy mutt, and six championship whippets.
