my name is Tom and I live in Ghent, Belgium, known for it's medieval center, handmade mustard, cuberdons, and much more. I've been crafting and drawing ever since I can remember. I also have always been very fascinated by nature. I’ve been searching a long time for a style, an identity that fits me. I love to paint, draw or illustrate wildlife but not in a perfect way. I don’t try to put everything in, I try to leave everything out. I look at the animal or plant and try to bring it back to simple shapes and forms. You could call it minimal realism.
