Join JustWorld in celebrating the amazing change that is being created around the world. “Cheers for Change” is a grassroots fundraising initiative that relies on the JustWorld community of changemakers to raise a toast and host their own celebration. Let’s take the stuffiness out of the typical fundraising event and create an inspiring environment for friends to gather together for a good cause. “Cheers for Change” events come in many shapes and sizes, such as a wine happy hour, a potluck, or a kid’s get-together. You can tailor your own gathering, adding fun JustWorld party supplies. In lieu of a party favor, hostess gift, or split check, encourage your guests to make a donation to JustWorld to support the nutrition and education programs for 6,000 children in need. You can inspire your guests to get involved by hosting their own “Cheers for Change” event, thereby sparking a “change effect”. Our goal is to reach 100 events this year, and for our Cheers for Change guests to make $100 donations to the JustWorld programs though the events they attend. FOR EVERY $100 RAISED, YOU WILL SUPPORT THE EDUCATION AND NUTRITION PROGRAMS FOR ONE STUDENT FOR AN ENTIRE YEAR. So, let’s toast to the positive change we are creating together!
