René Geneva started as a graphic designer turned fashion designer turned solar panel awnings and canopies designer. Indie Solar designs, installs, and repairs solar panel systems for vans, RV, and off-grid uses. This shop is the fun side of wearable and travel focused designs to share your vanlife passion around the world. We believe in a world where everyone can create their own power from the sun and not have to rely on a power grid. The future is now. 100% royalties of select products goes to our Sun Power Project which supplies remote and disaster declared areas globally with donated, custom made, portable solar powered generators. Starting in 2004 with Nicaragua’s Fair Trade Sewing Collective, Senegal store fronts, and most recently $12,000 raised on Indiegogo for Hurricane Maria we’ve provided solar power for now decades to those who need it most.
