THE G.I.LANE STORY G.I.Lane is a production company founded in February 2014 by Owner-Operator, Marine-Veteran Stephanie Lane. A bit about Stephanie’s background can be found on the back of her Meal Plan Recipe Book. Her life experience and ambitions made food, fitness, flexibility and frugality the focal point of her life. She began engineering and sharing cheap, healthy recipes and her daily workout online in 2010 as she lived on a fixed income and saved for trips abroad. Friends encouraged Stephanie to write a cook book. After college and 2 years as a government contractor, Stephanie quit her job in December 2014, lived off her savings and published her first cook book April 1, 2015. Stephanie served as an online meal plan and exercise plan coach, an in person personal trainer, and a personal meal preparer to 18 clients throughout 2015. She realized that no matter how great a meal plan or exercise plan is - if it's not time and budget friendly, it’s useless. And if only a certain class of people can afford the services - it’s essentially useless. G.I.Lane remains a one woman shop today with a vision of A Time and Budget Conscious, Healthy, Happy America! To date G.I.Lane as a company has produced three Meal Plan Recipe Books, a Lifestyle Planner, multiple meal and exercise plans, over 200 youtube videos, thousands of pieces of content via social media, is designing a 12 Month Training Program that will be out January 2018 and is working on a novel/autobiography about life, resilience and consistency. G-I-Lane aspires to become America’s leading expert in time and budget friendly food, fitness and flexibility by providing tools that break barriers between people and their health and happiness; minimize environmental impact; cultivate a quality of life/work life balance organizational culture; provide opportunities to and enhance the quality of life of under privileged individuals; and inspire personal development, minimal consumerism, contentment and faith
