I am an Executive Function/ADHD Coach. My experiences, knowledge, and conversations inspire a lot of doodles and creative ideas! I love creating and sharing my ideas. I am passionate about Multicultural Inclusion with Neurodiversity and Disabilities. Hence my coaching and art around the M.I.N.D. to increase awareness, conversation, and growth. I enjoy working with every client to embrace their identity and get clarity on their values and goals. In the process, the clients and I cultivate curiosity around their challenges, sensory experiences, executive functioning, and productivity to build connections and strategies that work for them in different situations.
