DESCRIPTION FOR TABLE MAP Solve all your seating problems with our exclusive table maps and the accompanying seating Plan. Both these large posters are designed to be displayed at the entrance to your wedding reception room, so guest can quickly find their assigned seat. THE TABLES ARE MOVABLE, ROTATABLE AND RE-SIZABLE ACCORDING TO YOUR NEEDS! Start with the "YOU ARE HERE" icon. Move it to the entrance of your hall. Next determine where the head table will be (usually one of the rectangular tables) Move and rotate the tables to where you want them, and don't forget to leave room for your dance area if you are having a dance floor. Tables can be re-sized, rotated, re-positioned or deleted. But BE CAREFUL, once you delete a table it cannot be restored. You can print this chart with or without table numbers. If you want numbers please add text and then reduce font, and place the number over the appropriate table. This chart shows 25 tables. Note: This is a very large poster and font sizes will have to be very small to place numbers on each table. The other option is to leave the Table numbers blank, and fill them in with Marker by hand, after you receive confirmation from all you RSVP cards.
